I thought this eyeliner was decent. It made a reasonable amount of impact, however it didn't leave a definitely bold line - like a felt tip, it faded in places and I had to go over the lines a few times. Also, the tip of the pen doesn't make a precise cat's eye flick. It's ok but not the best I've used.
