The texture is very pleasant, though not exactly smooth; it feels slightly sandy, like a light scrub. The smell is not bad, but not particularly pleasant either. It leaves the lips soft and moisturized, although you have to reapply it after a while. I don't like the fact that it has to be applied with my finger.
